As I was getting ready for my upcoming multimedia class, I came across some of my old animations. After playing them, I couldn’t help but think, “Hey, these are pretty cool! Maybe other people would enjoy seeing them as well.”
So here you go: http://nwrain.net/~tersiisky/animations/animations.html
Wishing you and yours a happy – and animated – New Year!

I was deeply saddened by the news yesterday of the death of Selina Akther who was killed by a bullet as she stood by the window of her apartment in Queens, New York. One of the things that touched me the most was the comment from her husband when he was asked what he would say to her if he had the chance. He simply said "thank you."

How lovely to think that no one need wait a moment; we can start now, start slowly changing the world! How lovely that everyone, great and small, can make their contribution….And you can always, always give something, even if it is only kindness. ~ Anne Frank, Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl

Each child, at birth, has a bowl of light. If she tends to her light, it'll grow in strength and she can do all things: swim with sharks, fly with birds, know and understand all things. But if she becomes envious, jealous, angry or fearful, she drops a stone into the bowl and some light goes out. Light and the stone cannot coexist. If she continues to put stones in the bowl, the light will go out and she will become a stone herself. A stone does not grow or move. If at any time she tires of being a stone, all she needs to do is turn the bowl upside down and the stones will fall away and the light will grow once more. ~ Hawaiian saying

I guess I'm an optimist. I'm not in business to make unhappy pictures. I love comedy too much. I've always loved comedy. Another thing. Maybe it's because I can still be amazed at the wonders of the world. ~ Walt Disney (December 5, 1901 - December 15, 1966) when asked the formula for his success.
Walt Disney will always be one of my heroes. He dreamed, he dared and he created things that no one thought possible. He made us believe in magic, in dreams, in the world and in ourselves. He gave us a four-fingered mouse that has brought more smiles and hope to the world than probably anyone else.
Thanks, Uncle Walt. You showed us what is possible. And you showed us that we can all fly - after all, all it takes is faith and trust and a little bit of pixie dust. ;)

Life is not measured by the breaths we take....but by the moments that take our breath away. ~ Unknown
